At Halomedia Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

General Guidelines

  • Non-refundable fees – Once a course has started, fees are non-refundable.
  • Pre-course cancellations – If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial refunds – If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the start date but before classes begin, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds – After the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Academy-Initiated Cancellations

  • If Halomedia Academy cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to transfer enrollment to a future batch.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrolment.

Exceptions

  • Fees paid for workshops, seminars, or short-term programs are non-refundable.
  • Registration or administrative charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
